AI will undoubtedly change leadership, the workplace, and the world. To leverage AI for business value and sustainable growth, decision-makers must be able to identify, prioritize, and implement AI initiatives. At the same time, they need to be aware of how AI might change leadership by either complementing or even replacing humans in fulfilling certain leadership functions.
To address this need, we have developed a special certificate course on AI Business Impact and Leadership as part of our lifelong learning program for our Executive MBA alumni, as well as senior managers from outside of our school. The program is open to participants from all industry backgrounds, and no specific technological expertise is required.
