Leading Teams Effectively With the Power of Horse-Assisted Coaching
No matter if it is the “Five Dysfunctions of a Team” (Patrick Lencioni), the concept of PERMA-Lead® or the five key dynamics identified in Google’s re:work study, they all describe FIVE areas to work on to make a team effective and how leaders contribute to this.
The fundamental element of all is trust. And communication is key for all. But how do you know, if your team members really trust you and if you communicate authentically? – Get unbiased feedback from our four-legged co-coaches.
This half-day workshop will be held on-site in line with the then prevailing Covid regulations (also see below).
Please note the following:
- Due to the horse-related prerequisites, this course will be held on-site at a paddock from 10am to 3pm. Lunch is included.
- You will receive the address details after the booking is confirmed. Transport should be arranged independently.
- We will follow the prevailing Covid regulations. At the moment, we plan to apply the 2G+ rules.
Content
- Setting the scene: get an understanding of the “Five dysfunctions of a team” (Patrick Lencioni) and how this relates to the concepts of PERMA-Lead® and the five key dynamics of Google’s re:work study
- Hands-on: work with horses*, experience what it needs to trust and which major role verbal and non-verbal communication plays
- Taking home: Transfer your experiences and findings to your daily business by choosing your most important next three steps.
*The horses will not be ridden! Knowledge about horses is not necessary.
