Digitization is the central driver for rapidly-changing markets, customer expectations, business models, and the way we lead and work together. All big trends like Sustainability, New Mobility or Smart Cities are data driven. Thus, it is of utmost importance to understand the principles and benefits of Agility and how it helps you as a leader to master the challenges of digitization.
We will be working on getting an idea about different agile methods, learn how to scale these and what it takes to start an agile transformation process on company level.
