- Graduate of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst

- 2005 - today Developing Leadership and Communication courses. Coaching clients to develop their own leadership style that matches the team they lead.
- 1976 – 2005 Officer in the British Army.
Focus and Experience
- Thirty years leading teams worldwide in the British Army. Some teams a mix of military/civilian.
- Qualified cultural trainer with experience of working in international teams for NATO HQ in Brussels/Kosovo
