The program comprises seminars, workshops, and trainings dedicated to the diverse facets of the topic of leadership. A leadership journal and a reflection course support you in self-reflection and tracking your development

Mannheim Series for Executives
The Mannheim Series for Executives (MSE), which replace the Personal Development Days, are a special offer to our current EMBA participants and EMBA alumni. Twice a year, in January and July, we ask you to join us for exciting one-day seminars on current topics and evergreens, that will open your eyes for new opportunities and perspectives in regards to your personal development as a professional. In order to give you greater flexibility and reduce pressure during the EMBA program, the MSEs are a non-mandatory offer, and you can decide whether you want to attend during your program or after graduation.
Team Work and Coaching
The majority of content and projects are acquired and dealt with in Multi-Competence Teams (MCT). Working in these highly diverse groups will encourage you to reflect on your perspectives and leadership style and allows you to gain further intercultural experience. This unique learning experience will be enhanced by team coaching sessions with professional coaches.

Career Development (optional)
The extensive offer of our Career Development Team is also open to participants of our Executive MBA programs. In individual counseling sessions, we will work out where you stand, in which direction you would like to develop professionally, and how we can support you.
