To ensure that we have a thorough understanding of your organization, development needs, and the impact the program will have, we begin with an assessment. Based on this assessment, we work closely with you to design the program's structure, learning objectives, content, and learning methods to meet the specific goals you have set for the program.
Depending on your needs and experience, we can take an inductive or deductive approach, either building the training from your existing documents or starting with theoretical foundations and linking them to live business cases. Most of our programs are blended learning programs that include elements such as: onboarding webinars, team building activities, classroom input, group work with discussions, role plays, reflections, journaling, simulations, and group projects.
We work with you to define the KPIs for a successful program and evaluate them during and after delivery. Since most of our programs are delivered multiple times, we continually update the design and content to reflect evaluation and potential changes within your organization. Our success is not solely measured by numbers.
