One of the pillars of our work is building bridges between knowledge, people and organizations in every aspect of what we do. This also shapes our partnerships with over 100 companies: We maintain close and continuous contact, creating the foundation for comprehensive, sustainable and successful solutions. We support companies in their efforts to recruit young talent, professionals and executives as well as in the development and strengthening of their brands as employers, develop employees in our part-time programs and provide customized programs tailored to companies' specific needs. On the other hand, companies and employees enrich what we offer as an institution: They give guest lectures and keynote speeches and act as advisors for master's theses.
