In this workshop, you will develop a raising awareness about power tactics and we will practice techniques for challenging situations. By maintaining collaborative working culture, one might avoid frictions and conflicts.

- Definition of “power”
- Power types and typologies
- Mechanisms and functionality of power
- Dealing with (non-)verbal power communication (including chauvinism, sexism, aggressive communication, etc.)
- Practical input from conflict management
- Strategies to be powerful and handle conflicts and power tactics
